Overview

Position: Design Engineer. Mechanical or Automobile design engineer with minimum 2 years of experience using SOLIDWORKS & AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Make simple and advanced 2D & 3D drawings using AutoCAD & SolidWorks from general written or verbal specifications.
• Lead role in coordinating & performing the necessary drafting responsibilities for the projects assigned.
• Work closely with team members and clients to complete the design & documentation of products and releasing this information to clients.
• Coordinate with clients to understand the queue and deliver as per schedule.
• Prepare Bill of Materials and documentation required for procurement.
• Value engineering.
• Establish proper tracking of projects.
• Create and update database of design records for future reference purposes.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed as per quality requirements.
• Perform other design duties as required.

Educational Requirements

BE in mechanical or Automobile engineering with minimum 2 years of experience

Preferred Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in SOLIDWORKS & AutoCAD
• Design experience 2 to 4 years
