Job summary

HDFC Securities is looking for a UX Designer with 3-4 years of hands-on experience to join our design team. You will create intuitive, user-centric experiences across web and mobile products and collaborate closely with product, technology, and business teams.

You will conduct user research, translate insights into engaging product experiences, and contribute to design systems and guidelines to maintain consistency across experiences.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of hands-on UX/UI design experience in fintech or financial services.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user research, information architecture, interaction design and prototyping.
• Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools.
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge or experience in broking/trading domain is a plus.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating design process and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Business teams to define and deliver thoughtful UX solutions.
• Identify usability issues and continuously improve existing products based on user feedback and data.
• Maintain consistency across experiences by following and contributing to design systems and UX guidelines.

What We're Looking For

3-4 years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services.

Strong understanding of UX principles, user research, information architecture, interaction design, and prototyping.

Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools.

Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge or experience of the broking/trading domain will be an added advantage.

A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and problem-solving approach.
