Job summary

You bring a strong portfolio, 5–8 years of experience, and expertise in user research, usability testing, and design systems. Familiarity with accessibility and platform guidelines is essential.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Own UI/UX end-to-end - from understanding user and business needs to flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and final delivery
• Advocate usercentric design practices by grounding design decisions in strong UX logic, user insights, and datadriven reasoning, and clearly articulating the rationale to stakeholders.
• Proficient with Figma, with working knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, and the ability to leverage AI tools to support your design workflow.
• Ensure high visual quality and precision across all design deliverables, with strong attention to detail, visual hierarchy, consistency, and overall polish
• Adhere to platform design guidelines and well-versed with platform design guidelines (iOS, Material Design) and accessibility best practices.
• Apply strong UX and UI fundamentalsincluding usability, interaction design, typography, color theory, and iconographyto deliver intuitive, cohesive, and scalable user experiences.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility of your designs and contribute to the iterative development process.
• Design scalable systems and have hands-on experience working with and evolving design systems, that support future flexibility and scalability.
• Comfortable moving fast, creating quick, high-fidelity prototypes to align teams and test ideas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and business goals, translating them into intuitive and compelling user experiences.
• Communicate clearly, present your work with confidence, and explain the why behind your design decisions.
• Continuously stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging UX/UI tools and technologies, with a strong focus on innovations relevant to capital markets, to ensure designs remain modern, competitive, and aligned with evolving user and business needs.

Preferred candidate profile

• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and your process from concept to execution.
• Understanding of the capital markets and the specific challenges and opportunities in domain, and other domains: Fintech & BFSI
• Proficiency with user research methodologies, including usability testing, user interviews, and persona development.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Confidence and strong presentation abilities.
• Ability to explain information clearly and simply.
