Job summary

TSS Consultancy in Navi Mumbai is seeking a creative UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging digital products. You will translate business and user requirements into effective design solutions with strong skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities include wireframes, prototypes, user research, and collaborating with Product, Engineering, QA, and stakeholders to ensure designs are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with UI/UX best practices. FinTech domain experience preferred.

Qualifications

• BS/MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to the functional area.
• Experience in FinTech and Capital Markets preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work.

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, prototypes, workflows, user journeys, and interactive designs.
• Design and modify prototypes for web/software applications.
• Conduct user research, usability evaluation, and incorporate user feedback.
• Develop user profiles and understand user needs, tasks, objectives, and pain points.
• Create design concepts and specifications based on business and user requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and stakeholders.
• Ensure designs are intuitive, consistent, scalable, and aligned with UI/UX best practices.
• Design prototypes and interactive illustrations using Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Understand technical requirements and work with Engineering teams to ensure effective design implementation.
