Job summary

Job Summary

• We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with strong experience in Stock Broking, Share Market, Capital Markets, FinTech, or Financial Services to lead the design of intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging digital products.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of trading platforms, investment applications, financial dashboards, market data, and user journeys.
• You will work closely with Product, Technology, Business, and Operations teams to design and enhance web and mobile applications used by traders, investors, and business partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the UI/UX design process from user research and wireframing to prototyping, visual design, usability testing, and final implementation.
• Design intuitive and responsive web and mobile applications for stock trading, investments, portfolio management, and other financial services.
• Understand complex share market and broking workflows and convert them into simple, user-friendly experiences.
• Design interfaces for features such as: Trading / Order Placement Market Watch Portfolio & Holdings Positions Charts and Market Data Funds & Ledger Watchlists IPOs Mutual Funds Reports and Statements Client Onboarding / KYC Alerts and Notifications Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve product experiences.
• Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, style guides, and reusable design patterns.
• Ensure consistency across web, mobile, and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, Business Teams, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide design specifications wherever required.
• Review implemented designs and identify UI/UX gaps before product releases.
• Analyze user behavior, feedback, and product performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, FinTech design practices, accessibility standards, and digital product innovations.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to improving the organization's overall design standards.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Design, UI/UX, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design, preferably in Stock Broking, Share Market, Capital Markets, FinTech, Banking, Wealth Management, or Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of financial products, trading platforms, investment applications, and capital-market workflows.
• Excellent proficiency in Figma and other UI/UX design and prototyping tools.
• Strong knowledge of: User Experience (UX) Design User Interface (UI) Design Wireframing Prototyping User Research Usability Testing Responsive Design Design Systems Information Architecture Interaction Design Strong understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles.
• Ability to simplify complex financial information and workflows into intuitive user experiences.
