Job summary

Genpact in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced UX Designer with 6–15 years of experience to create user-centered designs for digital products across websites, apps, and software. You will work with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to identify user needs, design solutions, and iterate based on feedback.

Responsibilities include conducting user research, crafting wireframes and prototypes, designing visual interfaces, and ensuring a cohesive experience across touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IS, CS, or related IT field.
• 6–15 years of experience preferred (stated).
• Experience with SaaS platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.

In this role, the candidate as UX Designer is responsible for creating user-centered designs for digital products and services for our websites, apps, and software. They work with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to identify user needs, design solutions, and test and iterate on designs. Their key responsibilities include conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, designing visual interfaces, and ensuring a consistent and cohesive user experience across all touchpoints. They are also expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously improve their own design skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Design the next generation in product features and craft user experience workflows.
• Prototyping using Figma and Axure, user-flow storyboards, low-fidelity wireframes, and high-fidelity design deliverables
• Create concept sketches, user-flow storyboards, low-fidelity wireframes, and high-fidelity design deliverables.
• Participate in user-research studies in order to improve UX standards.
• Collaborate closely with engineering team and product owners.

Qualifications we seek in you!

• Bachelor’s degree in business information systems (IS), computer science or related field, or equivalent-related IT experience

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in SaaS platforms or the home/field service industries.
• Knowledge of payments processing systems and security best practices
• Exposure to legacy modernization projects and domain-driven design.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
