Job summary

Netvision Software Solutions is looking for a recruiter to develop and implement strategies targeting US-based positions. The role covers IT and Non-IT requirements, candidate screening, and close coordination with clients to ensure quality submittals.

The incumbent will edit resumes for client presentation, negotiate terms, and strive to convert submittals into interviews and placements. Strong communication and tech understanding are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Requires graduation or master's degree; MBA not required.
• Experience in US-based recruitment preferred.
• Ability to source IT and non-IT profiles and map client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for US-based positions.
• Handle IT and Non-IT requirements from US-based clients.
• Negotiate, validate paperwork, and close candidates for requisitions.
• Edit and format resumes to ensure consistency and presentation for clients.
• Aim for a high conversion rate of submittals into interviews and placements.
• Develop strategy by understanding client needs and mapping relevant profiles.
• Source right candidates through portals and vendors.
• Maintain excellent verbal and written communication with candidates and clients.

Job description

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for US-based positions.
• Responsible for handling IT and Non- IT requirements from US based clients.
• Responsible for negotiation, paper work validation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
• Responsible for editing and formatting resumes matching consistency and giving visual and technical perfection to them for presenting it to clients.
• Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
• Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant profile.
• Proficient in sourcing right candidates through extensive portal search and Vendors.
• Candidate Should have excellent communication, convincing skills and negotiation skills
• Excellent understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets.
• Candidate should have excellent verbal & written communication skills.
