COA Network in Hyderabad, India, seeks a recruitment specialist to handle full end-to-end Direct Hire roles for US clients. You will source, screen and call candidates, liaising with stakeholders and understanding the US market.

The role requires night shifts, onsite four days a week during training, then hybrid with four days in the office. Strong English communication and US process knowledge are essential.

Perks and Benefits

CTC: 2,40,000 P.A. to 3,50,000 P.A.

Training Period: First month training to be conducted onsite at the office.

Shift Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (both during and after training)

Post-Training Work Model: Hybrid workflow, requiring 4 days per week at the office.
