Sunrise Biztech Systems in Bengaluru is seeking a Jr./Sr. NON IT Recruiter for US staffing. The role onsite at Manyata Tech Park involves sourcing, screening, and placing candidates with direct client engagement and W2 tax terms.

The ideal candidate has 1–4 years of US staffing experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle high-volume requisitions in a manufacturing/food sector context. MSP/VMS exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of US staffing recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to source and screen candidates for client requirements.
• Onsite recruitment experience in Bengaluru is preferred.

Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities

• Proactively source, screen, identify & qualify the best suitable candidate for client requirements.
• Should have excellent communication skills, Good interpersonal and team coordination skills.
• Effectively manage multiple job requisitions and deliver on a high volumes.
• Require active co-ordination with business accounts and efficiency in feedback management.
• Should be well versed with Tax terms (Mandatorily working with W2), Should have worked with direct clients only (VISAs GC holder & US Citizen)

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Working experience in Manufacturing Clients & Food or Beverage Industry Working on NON IT & Engineering requirements
• Working with MSP/VMS accounts is mandatory.
• Meeting targets and SLAs on daily/weekly/quarterly basis
