Leading Client is seeking candidates from US Staffing with hands-on experience in sourcing and end-to-end recruitments.

The role requires 3+ years of proven US IT recruitment experience, mandatory W2 experience, and familiarity with VMS & ATS. Direct client exposure is essential, with strong communication and negotiation skills to drive full-cycle recruiting and onboarding.
