Leading Client in India seeks an experienced US IT Recruiter with hands-on sourcing and end-to-end recruitment.

Candidate must have 3+ years US IT recruitment, W2 experience, direct client exposure, and familiarity with VMS & ATS; strong communication and negotiation skills; able to work in a team with urgency.

Role focuses on full lifecycle from requirements gathering to onboarding and client coordination.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Hands-on experience in sourcing and end-to-end recruitment.
• W2 experience mandatory.
• Experience with VMS and ATS.
• Experience working with direct clients mandatory.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate full recruiting life cycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
• Source candidates and manage candidate screening.
• Negotiate offers and coordinate with clients.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced team with urgency.
• Engage with US clients and manage submission processes.

• Ability to demonstrate Full Recruiting Life cycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, Negotiations, candidate submission, follow-up, Interview & On Boarding etc).
• Candidates must have experience in US staffing particularly in W2, & Direct Client Preferred.
