Job summary

Leading Client is seeking recruiters with 3+ years of US IT staffing experience, including W2 and direct client engagements. The role focuses on end-to-end recruiting within a fast-paced environment, leveraging VMS/ATS systems to source, screen, and place candidates.

Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential to manage expectations with US clients and candidates. Collaboration within a team is required to meet urgent hiring timelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in US IT recruiting.
• W2 experience is mandatory.
• Experience with VMS and ATS.
• Experience working with direct clients is mandatory.
• Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency.
• Demonstrated full recruiting life cycle (requirements gathering, prospecting, screening, negotiations, submissions, follow-up, interviews, onboarding).
• Candidates must have US staffing experience, especially W2 and direct client experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to demonstrate Full Recruiting Life cycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, Negotiations, candidate submission, follow-up, Interview & On Boarding etc).
