Job summary

Acumont Solutions in Ahmedabad is seeking a US Recruiter with 2+ years of agency experience to own end-to-end US hiring on an onsite basis, five days a week.

You will source and screen candidates, manage LinkedIn recruiting, coordinate with US clients, and handle negotiations and follow-ups to close roles.

Candidates must be strong communicators with tech and non-tech hiring skills and a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of agency recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for US clients.
• Onsite recruitment in Ahmedabad.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Proficient in LinkedIn recruiting and candidate management.
