Strong communication and understanding of US recruitment processes are essential. Eligible candidates should have 3–5 years of experience, with immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed and other portals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Recruit for C2C, W2, 1099 and Full-Time positions.
• Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
• Negotiate salaries/rates and close positions within timelines.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Build a strong pipeline of IT professionals.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Meet hiring targets and client expectations.
