Palni, Hyderabad-based Palni, is seeking a hands-on Lead India Contract Staffing professional with strong IT contract staffing expertise to lead recruiters and drive delivery across India. The role blends individual sourcing with team leadership to achieve hiring targets and delivery SLAs.

The candidate will manage end-to-end contract staffing, oversee recruiting pipelines, and partner with account managers and stakeholders to support revenue growth and staffing forecasts.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of IT Staffing / Contract Staffing experience.
• 2+ years as a Team Lead or Delivery Lead.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end IT Contract Staffing and Contract-to-Hire recruitment across India.
• Personally handle sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, offer negotiation, and closures for critical requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor recruiters to achieve hiring targets and SLAs.
• Manage recruitment pipelines, recruiter productivity, hiring metrics, and delivery performance.
• Coordinate with Account Managers, Hiring Managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage multiple enterprise staffing requirements while ensuring candidate quality and timely delivery.
• Drive recruitment for enterprise technology practices including SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle, JD Edwards, Cloud, Data Engineering, AI/ML, and Generative AI.
• Handle delivery escalations and implement sourcing strategies to improve recruitment outcomes.
• Support account mining, account expansion, revenue growth, and staffing forecasts.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS records, delivery reports, and dashboards.

Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Lead India Contract Staffing professional with strong experience in IT Contract Staffing, Staff Augmentation, Contract-to-Hire, and enterprise technology hiring.

The role requires a combination of individual recruitment delivery and team leadership. The candidate will lead recruiters, manage recruitment delivery across multiple requirements, personally drive critical hiring closures, and contribute to account growth and revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT Contract Staffing and Contract-to-Hire recruitment across India.

• Lead, mentor, and monitor recruiters to achieve hiring targets and delivery SLAs.
• Manage recruitment pipelines, recruiter productivity, hiring metrics, and delivery performance.
• Coordinate with Account Managers, Hiring Managers, Business Leaders, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage multiple enterprise staffing requirements while ensuring candidate quality and timely delivery.
• Drive recruitment for enterprise technology practices, including SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle, JD Edwards, Cloud, Data Engineering, AI/ML, and Generative AI.
• Handle delivery escalations and implement sourcing strategies to improve recruitment outcomes.
• Support account mining, account expansion, revenue growth, and staffing forecasts.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Staffing / Contract Staffing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Lead or Delivery Lead.
• Strong hands-on experience in individual recruitment delivery alongside team leadership.
• Experience in India Contract Staffing, Staff Augmentation, or Contract-to-Hire.
• Exposure to enterprise hiring, MSP/VMS programs, or large-scale staffing engagements.
• Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
• Experience managing recruiters, recruitment delivery, and performance metrics.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven, deadline-oriented environment.

Preferred Industry Background

Candidates from IT Staffing, Contract Staffing, Staff Augmentation, Recruitment Consulting, Technology Services, and enterprise technology hiring environments are preferred.

Experience supporting organizations such as Deloitte, LTIMindtree, ITC Infotech, Zensar Technologies, UST, Accenture, or similar consulting and technology services companies will be an advantage.

Role Expectations

This is a hands-on leadership role. The candidate must actively participate in recruitment sourcing and closures while leading recruiters and managing delivery commitments.

The role combines individual recruitment delivery, team leadership, enterprise staffing coordination, and contribution to account growth.
