Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and craft structured technical responses aligned with project scope.
• Ensure timely and professional follow-ups with potential clients.
• Handle end-to-end technical communication and responses to international client queries.
• Understand project requirements and coordinate with internal teams to draft accurate proposals.
• Maintain communication logs and track responses for continuous improvement.

How you will usually spend your hours in office

• You will do follow-ups on client emails and generate technical responses accordingly.
• Sometimes, you may go on client calls, if needed, to clarify requirements or provide updates.
• You will collaborate with the technical team to understand project scopes before replying to client queries.
• You will create and refine client proposals based on feedback and discussions.
• You may contribute to preparing presentations or pitch decks for ongoing prospects.

Requirements
