Job summary

Patterns, Inc. in Vadodara seeks a Talent Acquisition Associate for US night shift (6:30 pm – 4 am) to handle healthcare and clinical hiring from direct clients. You will source candidates, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews with prime vendors and clients.

You will also negotiate with consultants on rate packages, perform mass mailing and cold calling, and report updates to your manager. Strong relationship-building and problem-solving are essential.

Responsibilities

• Primarily working on Healthcare/ Clinical / Non-IT / Pharma/ STEM requirements from Direct Clients.
• Negotiating with consultants on the hourly rate package and Annual rate package.
• Working on Job Portals (Monster, Career Builder, Indeed etc.).
• Mass mailing, Cold Calling, Requirement Sending, Relationship Building, sourcing.
• Attending weekly update meeting and reporting to manager.
• Resource mapping, resume screening, problem solving and issue resolution.
• End-to-End coordination of interview between prime vendor, third party vendors, clients and consultants.
• Setting up interviews for consultants.
