The role requires hands-on sourcing, screening, and end-to-end recruitment, leveraging Nexus and/or LaborEdge ATS to build a strong candidate pipeline and deliver timely closures for healthcare positions with high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in US healthcare recruitment.
• Experience recruiting Nursing and Allied Healthcare roles.
• Proficient with Nexus ATS and/or LaborEdge ATS.
• Knowledge of US healthcare staffing lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for US-based clients.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Nursing and Allied Healthcare positions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive healthcare candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, offer discussions, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates in Nexus and/or LaborEdge ATS.
• Work closely with account managers and clients to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets while maintaining quality standards.

About the Role

Infojini Inc. is looking for experienced US Healthcare Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team. We are seeking professionals with strong expertise in recruiting Nursing and Allied Healthcare talent for the US market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with healthcare staffing clients and be proficient in Nexus and/or LaborEdge ATS.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for US-based clients.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Nursing and Allied Healthcare positions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive healthcare candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, offer discussions, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates in Nexus and/or LaborEdge ATS.
• Work closely with account managers and clients to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets while maintaining quality standards.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.
• Proven experience recruiting for Nursing and Allied Healthcare roles, including but not limited to:
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Other Allied Healthcare professionals
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Nexus ATS and/or LaborEdge ATS.
• Strong understanding of the US healthcare staffing and recruitment lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, sourcing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
