Generis Tek Staffing is hiring a recruiter to source and screen candidates for US roles from multiple portals and internal databases. You will understand client requirements, explain opportunities via calls and emails, and schedule interviews.

The role requires excellent English communication, a fast-paced, target-driven mindset, and comfort with night shifts aligned to US timings.

Role & responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates from job portals like Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, social media, and internal databases.


• Understand US job requirements and match suitable candidates.


• Communicate with candidates via calls and emails to explain job roles and opportunities.


• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.


• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.


• Ensure compliance with US recruitment processes and company policies.


• Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Bachelors Degree in Science or Commerce stream (Can be Computer Science, Clinical, Bio, Commerce, Human Resources etc.)


• Experience: experienced Recruiters with excellent communication skills required.


• Shift Requirement: Must be comfortable working in night shifts (US timings).


• Communication: Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
