Tektree Software Services Private Limited is seeking experienced US Healthcare & Non-IT Recruiters to join our growing team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years in US recruitment with healthcare and/or non-IT focus, sourcing, screening, and recruiting for US-based client requirements.

You will source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms, screen and schedule interviews, and drive end-to-end submissions while meeting daily targets.

• Strong understanding of US recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate screening techniques.

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, professional networks, and other recruitment platforms.
• Recruit healthcare professionals for roles such as BCBAs, Clinical Directors, RBTs, PTs, OTs, Speech Therapists, and other healthcare positions.
• Handle non-IT recruitment for industries such as construction, engineering, manufacturing, accounting, finance, and administration.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate candidate submissions, interview scheduling, follow-ups, and feedback.
• Maintain an updated candidate database and build a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Negotiate compensation, discuss job opportunities with candidates, and manage candidate expectations.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets while maintaining the quality of submissions.

The ideal candidate should have 2-6 years of experience in US recruitment, with expertise in healthcare and/or non-IT recruitment.

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, qualifying, and recruiting suitable candidates for various client requirements across the United States.
