• Good verbal communication skills are required.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office are preferred.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates must be comfortable working from the Noida or Gurugram office during fixed night shifts.
• Willingness to work in a fixed night shift.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in a process-driven B2B environment.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to clients or relevant stakeholders for account receivable (AR) follow-ups.
• Follow up on pending payments, outstanding balances and overdue accounts.
• Communicate professionally to understand payment status and resolve basic payment-related queries.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and payment updates in the system.
• Perform backend activities, including data entry, documentation and updating customer/account information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Meet daily productivity, quality and process targets.
• Follow company policies, process guidelines and data confidentiality requirements.
• Review claim and account information to identify pending or unpaid claims.
