WSNE Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for AR Follow-Up, Calling and Backend Process roles at our Noida & Gurugram offices. Fresh graduates with good communication skills are encouraged to apply for a fixed night shift position in a fast-paced B2B environment.

Responsibilities include outbound AR follow-ups, payment status checks, data entry, and coordination with internal teams to resolve discrepancies. We offer a professional B2B setting with cab facility and on-site meals.

Qualifications

• Graduate freshers are eligible to apply.
• B.E./B.Tech candidates are NOT eligible.
• Good verbal communication skills are required.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office are preferred.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working from Noida or Gurugram office during fixed night shifts.
• Willingness to work in a fixed night shift.
• Process-driven B2B environment experience is a plus.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

• Perform backend activities, including data entry, documentation and updating customer/account information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Meet daily productivity, quality and process targets.
• Follow company policies, process guidelines and data confidentiality requirements.
• Review claim and account information to identify pending or unpaid claims.
