Role & responsibilities

• Handle calls with US healthcare clients, insurance companies, and relevant stakeholders.
• Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable and pending payments.
• Contact insurance companies/payers to check claim and payment status.
• Identify reasons for delayed, denied, or pending payments and take appropriate follow-up action.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and account status in the system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment and claim-related issues.
• Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.
• Ensure professional communication and proper documentation of all follow-up activities.
• Handle customer/client queries professionally while maintaining process and quality standards.
• Work in a fixed night-shift environment supporting the US healthcare process.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualification: Any Graduate (B.E./B.Tech: Not eligible)
• Freshers: Eligible
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fixed night shift.

Compensation & Benefits

• CTC: Up to 2.9 LPA
• In-hand Salary: Approximately 19,000/month
• Shift: Fixed Night Shift 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Saturday & Sunday: Fixed Week Off
• Cab Facility: Both-side cab facility provided
