Hiring: US Compensation Analyst | 3 to 7 Years Experience

Location: Mumbai

Role: Individual Contributor

Experience: 3 to 7 Years

Are you passionate about compensation analytics, salary benchmarking, and data-driven decision-making? We are looking for a US Compensation Analyst to join our Compensation Team and support key compensation programs, market analysis, and stakeholder advisory activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market pricing, compensation benchmarking, and survey data analysis.
• Develop compensation proposals for salary adjustments, promotions, new hires, and market corrections.
• Support retention bonus and incentive program recommendations.
• Participate in annual compensation cycles including merit and bonus planning.
• Generate compensation reports and dashboards using advanced Excel skills.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to provide compensation guidance.
• Analyze compensation data and recommend solutions based on business requirements.
• Ensure compliance with compensation policies, approval workflows, and US compensation regulations.

Required Skills:

• 3 to 7 years of Compensation experience.
• Strong knowledge of US Compensation practices and compliance requirements.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data modeling).
• Experience with compensation tools such as Oracle, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields preferred).
