Job summary

Vrinda Global seeks a detail-oriented Compensation Analyst to support US compensation and rewards operations, analyzing base salaries, incentives, bonuses, job levels, and ranges. You will benchmark against market data and surveys to drive data-driven decisions.

You will prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations, validate data across HR sources, and assist with salary structures, ranges, and pay equity analyses. Confidential handling of compensation data is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day US compensation and rewards operations.
• Analyse employee compensation data, including base salary, incentives, bonuses, job levels, and compensation ranges.
• Perform salary benchmarking and market data analysis using compensation survey information.
• Assist with annual compensation review, merit increase, bonus, and other compensation cycles.
• Prepare compensation reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks across multiple HR/compensation data sources.
• Identify compensation data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for resolution.
• Support preparation and maintenance of salary structures, job grades, ranges, and compensation-related databases.
• Conduct basic pay equity and compensation analysis under the guidance of senior team members.
• Respond to compensation-related queries from HR Business Partners and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain process documentation, trackers, SOPs, and audit records.
• Ensure confidentiality and appropriate handling of sensitive employee compensation information.
• Support ad-hoc compensation analytics and reporting requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency through automation, standardisation, and better reporting.
