Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in compensation, rewards, or C&B management.
• Knowledge of compensation principles across India and US with global exposure.
• Postgraduate qualification from a Tier 1 institution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the annual compensation cycle, budgeting, salary reviews, pay structure changes, and promotion-related decisions.
• Own Cost per Head analytics, quarterly forecasting, variance analysis, and compensation spend tracking with Finance.
• Undertake external benchmarking and internal equity assessments to support fair compensation practices.
• Develop and maintain advanced Excel-based models, dashboards, and reports for planning and leadership reporting.

• Manage the annual compensation cycle, including planning and budgeting, salary reviews, pay structure changes, and promotion-related compensation decisions
• Own Cost per Head analytics, quarterly forecasting, variance analysis, and compensation spend tracking in partnership with Finance
• Undertake external benchmarking and internal equity assessments to support fair and competitive compensation practices
• Develop and maintain advanced/sophisticated excel-based models, dashboards, and reports to support compensation planning, CPH analysis, forecasting, and leadership reporting

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 5 to 10 years of immediate and relevant experience in compensation, rewards, or C&B management
• Strong knowledge of compensation principles and practices across India and the US, with exposure to additional international geographies being a clear advantage
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a high degree of accuracy when working with large and complex datasets
• Good understanding of employee benefits, with an interest in developing deeper expertise across multiple countries and markets
• Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and levels
• Previous experience working in global environments
• A postgraduate qualification from a Tier 1 institution will be preferred
