Job Description

We are looking for experienced professionals for the role of US Collections Skip Trace - Team Lead to support US collections and debt recovery operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in skip tracing, US collections processes, compliance, investigative research, and team coordination.

The candidate must be familiar with US regulations and compliance requirements while locating individuals with delinquent accounts and verifying their contact information.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support skip tracing activities for US collections operations.

Important Requirements

• Candidates must be comfortable working in the US night shift.
• Work from office is mandatory at Magarpatta City, Pune.

• Mobile phones are not permitted on the production floor during working hours and must be kept in designated lockers.
