Job summary

Fundtec in Kolkata seeks a seasoned accounting professional to manage daily operations of the accounting department, oversee end-to-end bookkeeping, and finalize books.

You will lead month-end and quarter-end close, prepare financial statements, coordinate annual audits, and support audits. Strong English communication, 3+ years US client experience, and proficiency in Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero or Sage Intacct are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Fluent English communication is essential.
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably with US clients.
• Proficient with Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage Intacct.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and accrual-based accounting.
• Experience in reconciliations, payroll processing, and financial statement prep.
