Job summary

Mahendranath & Co. in Indore seeks an accounting professional to handle invoicing, record all transactions, maintain books in Quickbooks and M3, and prepare entries across registers and journals.

You will reconcile bank and credit card transactions, support month-end closes and annual audits, assist with US tax compliance including payroll, and follow our established accounting processes. Additional ad hoc accounting tasks may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
• Commerce background is required.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing and recording all transactions.
• Book keeping in Quickbooks & M3.
• Prepare accounting entries for registers, journals, and logs.
• Reconcile bank and credit card transactions.

• Produce financial reports and support month-end close.
• Support annual financial audits.
• Follow established accounting processes.
• Perform other accounting, financial, or admin tasks as required.
• ADHOC accounting projects as needed.
