True Reckoner Advisory Services in New Delhi invites applications for a US Accounting Executive (Freshers Welcome) to join our US Accounting team on onsite night shift. You will handle bookkeeping, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and GL activities while interacting with international clients.

Ideal candidates have B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance or equivalent, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, or Wave.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance/accounting.
• Strong fundamentals in accounting and finance.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Bookkeeping, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and GL activities.
• Prepare Financial Statements, MIS and management reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closures.
• Work with QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books and Wave.
• Assist in financial reporting and taxation tasks.
• Coordinate with international clients and internal teams.

Location: Rohini Sector-3, New Delhi (Onsite)

Shift: US Shift (Night Shift) 07:30 pm to 04:30 am

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days a Week)

About the Role

True Reckoner Advisory Services is looking for ambitious and detail-oriented finance professionals to join our growing US Accounting team. This opportunity is ideal for freshers and early-career professionals seeking hands-on exposure to international accounting practices and direct client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliations, and General Ledger activities
• Prepare Financial Statements, MIS Reports, and Management Reports
• Support Month-End & Year-End Closures
• Work on leading accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, and Wave
• Assist in Financial Reporting and Taxation-related assignments
• Coordinate directly with international clients and internal teams

Eligibility

• B. Com (Hons.), M. Com, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification
• Strong understanding of Accounting & Finance fundamentals
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Accounting Software
• Excellent communication and analytical skills

Preferred

• Experience in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Finance (03 Years)
• Exposure to CA Firms, Accounting Firms, or US Accounting processes
• Candidates pursuing CA, CMA, CPA, ACCA, or CS
