Sanjay Shankar Yadav is seeking a qualified HSE professional to implement and monitor safety policies on site in Jamnagar, Gujarat. The role requires 3–5 years of experience in fabrication engineering works and an Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety.

You will conduct audits, risk assessments, inductions, and training while ensuring regulatory and client compliance. The candidate will promote a strong safety culture, manage PPE, and maintain records.

Qualificações

Role & responsibilities

• Implement and monitor workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
• Perform risk assessments and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with local safety regulations, company standards, and client requirements.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE training programs for employees and contractors.
• Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, permits, and incident documentation.
• Participate in emergency response planning, drills, and evacuation exercises.
• Monitor high-risk activities such as working at height, confined space entry, lifting operations, hot work, and excavation.
• Recommend improvements to eliminate or minimize workplace risks.
• Coordinate with supervisors and management to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Promote a positive safety culture through awareness campaigns and employee engagement
