Pansen Engineering India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Safety Officer to ensure workplace safety, implement HSE procedures, and maintain compliance at project sites in Ahmedabad. The role requires a graduate degree and 4–8 years of relevant safety experience.

Ideal candidates will conduct safety training, manage site-level activities, and coordinate with project teams. Immediate joiners preferred with a focus on strict adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and monitor site safety policies, procedures, and HSE standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.
• Identify potential hazards and ensure corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness training for employees and subcontractors.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safety procedures.
• Monitor high-risk activities, including work at height, hot work, lifting operations, and confined space entry.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and prepare reports with corrective action plans.
• Maintain safety records, inspection reports, permits to work, and statutory compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to maintain a safe working environment.
• Ensure compliance with applicable occupational health and safety regulations and company safety standards.
