Job summary

Talent Zone Consultant in Bengaluru seeks an experienced CNC Commissioning Engineer to lead SINUMERIK automation projects on complex machine tools. You will perform commissioning, troubleshooting and integration of SINUMERIK 840D SL systems, coordinating with global teams to ensure reliable performance.

6–10 years of hands-on experience in commissioning and support, PLC interfacing (SIMATIC/TIA Portal), and SINAMICS drives are required.

Qualifications

Desired Qualification and Experience Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communication, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.

Experience

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in commissioning, technical support, testing, or troubleshooting of CNC and industrial automation systems.
• Hands-on experience with SINUMERIK CNC products, particularly SINUMERIK 840D SL, is strongly preferred.
• Experience in machine tool applications, CNC system integration, or automation product testing will be an advantage.

Must Have

• Strong hands‑on experience in commissioning, troubleshooting, and supporting SINUMERIK 840D SL CNC systems.
• Good understanding of CNC control systems, machine tool applications, and associated automation architectures.
