Control System Engineering
- Design, develop, and commission PLC programs using Siemens Step 7 and TIA Portal for industrial automation applications.
- Configure and program Siemens S7-300/S7-400/S7-1200/S7-1500 series PLCs as per project specifications.
- Perform Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) for control system panels and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve control system faults, minimizing downtime for clients.
HMI & SCADA Development
- Develop intuitive and industry-standard HMI screens using SIMATIC WinCC, WinCC Flexible, and other Siemens HMI tools.
- Design and deploy SCADA graphics including alarm management, trend displays, process mimic diagrams, and real-time data visualization.
- Ensure graphics comply with ISA-101 and client HMI/SCADA style guides.
- Configure historian integration and reporting dashboards for process monitoring.
Communication & Networking
- Implement and configure industrial communication protocols including PROFIBUS DP/PA, ControlNet, Modbus RTU/TCP, and PROFINET.
- Integrate field instruments, drives, and third‑party devices with PLCs using appropriate communication standards.
- Configure network switches, I/O modules, and device networks for robust data exchange.
Project & Client Support
- Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
- Prepare technical documentation including I/O lists, functional design specifications (FDS), cause & effect matrices, and as‑built drawings.
- Provide on‑site commissioning support across client facilities in Delhi NCR and other regions as required.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams including electrical, instrumentation, and IT during project execution.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Instrumentation, Control Systems, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 5 years of hands‑on experience in industrial automation engineering.
- Proven track record of successfully executing automation projects from design through commissioning.
- Experience working in industries such as manufacturing, power, oil & gas, water treatment, or infrastructure is preferred.
- Strong understanding of control panel design and electrical schematics.
