Qualifications

• Strong understanding of servo systems, I/O modules, ladder logic, and CNC architecture.
• Proficiency in CAD tools and electrical simulation software.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer with deep knowledge of Fanuc and Mitsubishi NC systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, installation, troubleshooting, and optimization of CNC electrical systems, ensuring high performance and reliability across production lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems for CNC machines using Fanuc and Mitsubishi NC controllers.
• Perform parameter setting, PLC programming, and interface configuration for CNC equipment.
• Create control panel circuit diagram, wiring diagram, and sequence diagram
• Safety Standards and Certification Operations
• Optimizes equipment specifications by selecting electrical component specifications according to function
• Collaborate with mechanical and software teams to integrate electrical systems seamlessly.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document technical procedures, wiring diagrams, and system configurations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Fanuc and Mitsubishi NC systems (10+ years preferred).
• Strong understanding of servo systems, I/O modules, ladder logic, and CNC architecture.
• Proficiency in CAD tools and electrical simulation software.
