Job summary

Impact HR & KM Solutions in Nashik is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including A/P, A/R and GL, and ensure timely financial reporting.

Lead the accounts team, drive budgeting/forecasting, and ensure statutory compliance with GST and income tax. A postgraduate finance qualification with 10–15 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of accounting/finance leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and statutory compliance.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations (A/P, A/R, GL). Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual statements.
• Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliance.
• Lead and train accounts team; coordinate with auditors and regulators.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure timely completion of bank reconciliations and account closing activities. Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance requirements. Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Monitor financial transactions and ensure accuracy of accounting records. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities. Analyze financial reports and provide recommendations to management. Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. Lead, train, and supervise the accounts team to achieve departmental goals. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
