Job summary

Career Builder Placement Services is seeking a seasoned Accounts & Finance professional to oversee end-to-end accounting in a manufacturing setup. You will manage AP, AR, GL, tax compliance, and banking activities, ensuring accurate records and timely closing.

The role requires 5 years of relevant experience, a B.Com/M.Com/MBA (Finance), strong Excel skills, and leadership ability to supervise the accounts team.

Experience in GST/TDS and familiarity with Tally will be advantageous.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Experience in a manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
• Good analytical, communication, and team-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and bank transactions.
• Handle GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Manage invoicing, payments, receipts, ledger scrutiny, and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare MIS reports, P&L, balance sheet, and other financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and outstanding payments.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, customers, and statutory authorities.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing of accounts.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Lead and supervise the accounts team
