Job summary

Impact HR and KM Solutions is seeking a Senior Accounts Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations, including governance of ledgers, payments, and reconciliations at our Nashik location.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years of experience in accounting and finance, with GST, TDS, and Income Tax knowledge, and a track record in budgeting, audits, and financial controls.

Qualifications

• Graduate (B.Com) with strong accounting fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
• Coordinate audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
• Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and accounting procedures.

Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.

Review and approve financial transactions, journal entries, and reconciliations.

Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and accounting procedures.

Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.

Supervise and mentor accounting team members to ensure efficiency and professional growth.

Support business planning, cost control, and profitability improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
