Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in financial modelling, MIS, and deal structures (DM, JV, JDA, outright).
• Exposure to real estate regulations (DCPR 2034, UDCPR 2020) and RERA compliances.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Finance, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate feasibility of new land proposals across Residential and Commercial segments with compliance checks.
• Build detailed financial models (RERA‑compliant) including area statements, FSI schedules, cash flows, and IRR/NPV analyses.
• Monitor and update project cash flows of ongoing projects to assess profitability and impact.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Liaison, Legal, Sales, and other teams for evaluation and implementation.
• Prepare transaction documents, presentations, and strategic reports to support decision-making.
• Assist in RERA applications, registrations and requisite compliances.

Role & Responsibilities

We have urgent opening for Corporate strategy in Mumbai with one of our well known real estate client.

The role will be responsible for evaluating new land proposals across Residential & Commercial segments, building robust financial models, and providing strategic insights to support business decisions. The incumbent will also collaborate with cross‑functional teams, monitor ongoing project cash flows, and track industry trends to strengthen the company’s growth agenda.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Evaluate feasibility of new land proposals across Residential and Commercial segments, ensuring compliance with DCPR 2034 and UDCPR 2020.
• 2. Build detailed financial models (RERA‑compliant) covering area statements, FSI purchase schedules, cash flows, capital structure, profitability, IRR/NPV analysis, and JV partner payouts.
• 3. Monitor and update project cash flows of ongoing projects periodically to assess requirements, profitability, and business impact.
• 4. Collaborate with Business Development, Liaison, Legal, Sales, and other teams for project evaluation and implementation.
• 5. Conduct secondary real estate market research, track competition, and prepare transaction documents, presentations, and strategic reports to support decision‑making.
• 6. Assist in RERA applications, registrations and requisite compliances along with documentation.
