Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant consulting, strategy, or real estate experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or related discipline (preferred).
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Business, Real Estate, or Management.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modelling, data interpretation, and visualization tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; client-facing document creation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Work on Proposals / pitches (RFPs), client consulting documents and internal best practice tools.
• Demonstrate high-level data interpretation, strategy development and solution/business case development.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration across cities and countries to deliver client outcomes.
• Conduct both primary and secondary research with a strong emphasis on high-quality deliverables.
• Coordinate with teams across geographies to ensure timely and impactful outputs.

• You will be responsible for working on Proposals / pitches (RFPs ), client consulting documents and internal best practice tools. Presentation skills need to be top notch
• A high level of data interpretation, strategy development and solution / business case development are required
• Critical thinking and the ability to solve problems via the case method will be integral to fulfilling your duties within the team
• Ability to co-ordinate and work with teams across different cities and countries is essential
• A strong commitment to and interest in both secondary and primary research is essential
