Job summary

PAREKH is seeking a warehouse operations professional to manage SAP/ERP transactions for goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfers, and dispatch activities. You will maintain accurate inventory records, prepare essential documents, and ensure system and physical stock alignment.

The role involves coordinating with warehouse, logistics, procurement and finance teams, monitoring shipments, and generating MIS reports using MS Excel. Freshers may apply; 1–2 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP/ERP transactions (GR/GI/stock transfers) and data entry.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for MIS reporting and stock data analysis.
• Familiarity with warehouse processes and documentation handling.

Role & responsibilities

• Perform SAP/ERP transactions for Goods Receipt (GR), Goods Issue (GI), stock transfer, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Update and maintain inventory and warehouse records in the system.
• Prepare delivery challans, invoices, dispatch documents, GRN, stock reports, and other warehouse documentation.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing material and ensure system records match physical stock.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Transporters, Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Track shipments, deliveries, pending orders, and dispatch status.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports using MS Excel.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies related to stock, quantity, documentation, or system transactions.
• Support stock reconciliation, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of warehouse transactions.
• Ensure transactions are completed accurately and within the required timelines.
• Follow warehouse SOPs, safety requirements, and company processes
