Job summary

Tradeindia is seeking a Client Servicing and Relationship Manager in Kolkata to be the primary point of contact for assigned clients. You will build trusted relationships, conduct regular check-ins, and ensure client satisfaction through personalized engagement.

You will understand client goals, propose relevant solutions, share updates, and monitor usage to drive retention and ROI. The role includes identifying upsell opportunities and coordinating with internal teams to tailor offerings.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and understand client goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients via calls, emails, and visits.
• Ability to identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell based on client needs.
