Qualificações

• 12+ years of relevant experience in Travel Operations, Airline Ticketing, or Corporate Travel.
• Hands-on experience with Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre GDS.
• Knowledge of ticketing, reissue, refund, cancellation, fare rules, and flight reservations.

Responsabilidades

• Handle domestic and international flight reservations using GDS platforms.
• Manage ticketing, reissues, cancellations, refunds, and schedule changes.
• Work on Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or other GDS platforms for reservations and ticketing.
• Check and interpret fare rules, ticket conditions, and airline policies.
• Coordinate with airlines and travel suppliers for confirmations and issue resolution.
• Respond to customer queries via phone and email professionally and promptly.
• Monitor booking queues and ensure timely execution within defined TAT/SLA.
• Maintain accurate booking records and travel documentation.
• Handle booking modifications and provide suitable travel options.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and airline regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle domestic and international flight reservations using GDS platforms.
• Manage ticketing, reissues, cancellations, refunds, and schedule changes as per airline policies.
• Work on Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or other GDS platforms for reservations and ticketing.
• Check and interpret fare rules, ticket conditions, and airline policies.
• Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and travel suppliers for confirmations and issue resolution.
• Respond to customer queries through phone and email professionally and promptly.
• Monitor booking queues and ensure pending transactions are completed within defined TAT/SLA.
• Maintain accurate booking records and travel documentation.
• Handle booking modifications and provide suitable travel options based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of travel arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, airline regulations, and operational procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in Travel Operations, Airline Ticketing, or Corporate Travel.
• Hands‑on experience with Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre GDS.
• Good knowledge of ticketing, reissue, refund, cancellation, fare rules, and flight reservations.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good problem-solving and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in corporate travel / TMC operations.
• Knowledge of both domestic and international air travel.
• Strong understanding of GDS commands and airline fare rules.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Customer‑focused approach with strong ownership of tasks.
