Job summary
SabRaah (TechBurg Industries Pvt. Ltd.) in Noida is seeking a GDS Operations Executive to manage airline reservations, ticketing, and travel queries. The role requires GDS experience and coordination with airlines to handle schedule changes, disruptions, and customer requests.
Graduation in Tourism/Travel Management is mandatory, with 3-5 years in airline ops and strong communication skills. Freshers with relevant packaging knowledge may apply from Noida and surrounding areas.
Qualifications
- Graduation in Tourism or Travel Management (mandatory).
- GDS practical experience with Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo is mandatory.
- For senior candidates, IATA certification is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Handling Travel & Holiday Package enquiries
- Airline Reservations, Ticketing, Reissuance & Cancellations
- Booking Amendments & Fare Inquiries
- Operational Coordination with Airlines and internal teams on schedule changes
- Customer support for traveler queries and special requests
- Handling GDS related Travel Operations
- Flight monitoring and handling operational irregularities
- Identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Maintaining records and ensuring policy compliance

Office Time: 10 AM to 7 PM
