Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Diploma/degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field will be an added advantage.
• 13 years of relevant experience, preferably in Sales Coordination, Travel Operations, Corporate Travel, or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
• Handle client inquiries and coordinate for quotations, bookings, and travel-related requests.
• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
• Follow up with clients regarding quotations, bookings, payments, and pending requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Reservations, Ticketing, Visa, Hotels, and Operations.
• Maintain and update sales trackers, databases, MIS reports, and client records.
• Assist the sales team in preparing daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Monitor pending inquiries and ensure timely closure through regular follow-ups.
• Maintain proper documentation of client communications and transactions.
• Support the sales team in achieving business targets and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Handle administrative and coordination activities related to the sales function.
