Job summary

TYA Business Solutions in Bengaluru, India seeks a Senior ERP Implementation & Integration Consultant to independently handle client requirements, ERP implementation, integration troubleshooting, UAT and production issues. Strong Finance/Accounting knowledge and practical technical troubleshooting skills are essential.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end client engagements, mapping processes to TYSuite ERP, and coordinating with Dev/QA to deliver timely resolutions and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own client implementation activities from requirement understanding through UAT, Go-Live and hypercare.
• Map business processes to TYSuite ERP.
• Handle Finance & Accounting processes including GL, AP, AR, P2P, O2C, invoices, payments, GST and cost centers.
• Troubleshoot client issues across master data, transactions, configurations, integrations and application behavior.
• Analyze API requests/responses, JSON, HTTP status codes, logs and integration failures.
• Use SQL and Postman for data/API validation and basic investigation.
• Understand field mappings, source/destination systems, transformation and synchronization.
• Identify whether issues are functional, data, configuration, integration or application-related.
• Coordinate with Development and QA teams; provide findings and reproduction steps.
• Lead functional, integration, E2E, regression and client UAT activities.
• Communicate root causes, workarounds and required client actions clearly.
• Prepare mappings, UAT plans, issue reports, RCA and implementation documentation.

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior ERP Implementation & Integration Consultant who can independently handle client requirements,TYSuite ERP implementation, integration troubleshooting, UAT and production issues. The role requires strong Finance/Accounting understanding, ERP functional knowledge and practical technical troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Own client implementation activities from requirement understanding through UAT, Go-Live and hypercare.
• Understand business processes and map them correctly to TYSuite ERP.
• Handle Finance & Accounting processes including GL, AP, AR, P2P, O2C, invoices, payments, debit/credit notes, GST and cost centers.
• Troubleshoot client issues across master data, transactions, configuration, integrations and application behavior.
• Analyze API request/response, JSON, HTTP status codes, logs and integration failures.
• Use SQL and Postman for data/API validation and first-level technical investigation.
• Understand field mapping, source/destination systems, transformation, synchronization and dependencies.
• Identify whether an issue is functional, data, configuration, integration or application-related.
• Coordinate with Development and QA teams and provide clear technical findings and reproduction steps.
• Lead functional, integration, E2E, regression and client UAT activities.
• Communicate root cause, workaround and required client action clearly.
• Prepare mappings, UAT plans, issue reports, RCA and implementation documentation.

Required Skills

Functional: ERP business-process understanding; Finance & Accounting basics; Vendor/Customer/Product master data; P2P and
O2C; purchasing, sales, inventory and invoice flows.

Technical: API concepts, REST, JSON, HTTP status codes, SQL, Postman, data mapping, integration troubleshooting and
log/error interpretation.

Client: Clear communication, analytical thinking, problem solving, structured issue investigation, documentation and ability
to explain technical issues simply.
