Job summary

TYASuite in Bengaluru seeks an experienced ERP implementation consultant to lead end-to-end deployments for enterprise customers, mapping client processes to TYASuite workflows and configuring the system accordingly. You will coordinate with Product, Development, QA, and Integration teams; validate API integrations, data migration, and UAT; provide go-live and post-implementation support.

• Understanding of procurement, finance, inventory, vendor management and workflow automation.
• Basic knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and data migration.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple implementation projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of TYASuite solutions for enterprise customers.
• Understand customer business processes and map them to TYASuite workflows.
• Manage implementation projects, including project planning, milestones, timelines, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Gather business requirements and prepare FRDs and implementation plans.
• Configure the application based on customer requirements and business processes.
• Work with customers to implement and optimize P2P workflows, including: Vendor Management, Purchase Requisition, RFQ, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt, Invoice Processing, Approval Workflows, Payment Process Integration.
• Coordinate with Product, Development, QA, and Integration teams to ensure successful deployments.
• Validate API integrations, master data migration, and workflow configurations.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), user training, and go-live support.
• Provide functional and application support to customers after implementation.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and ensure timely resolution within defined SLAs.
• Maintain project documentation, implementation reports, SOPs, and customer knowledge base.
• Build long-term customer relationships and ensure successful product adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer business processes and map them to TYASuite workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in P2P ERP Implementation, Functional Consulting, Customer Success, or Application Support.
• Strong knowledge of ERP business processes, especially Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
• Good understanding of Project Management principles, including project planning, execution, risk management and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with ERP integration projects and API-based integrations.
• Understanding of procurement, finance, inventory, vendor management and workflow automation.
• Basic knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and data migration processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
