Job summary

TYA Business Solutions in Bengaluru seeks an Associate ERP Implementation & Integration Consultant to support TYSuite ERP implementation, testing, and integration tasks. Freshers or candidates with up to 12 years ERP/support experience are welcome.

You will understand client requirements, map processes to ERP, validate master data, assist in testing, and troubleshoot issues with data, configuration and APIs. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Understand ERP processes across finance modules (GL, AP, AR, P2P, O2C).
• Knowledge of Vendor/Customer/Product master data and data validation.
• Experience or understanding of REST, JSON, HTTP status codes.

Responsibilities

• Map client requirements to TYSuite ERP and validate master data.
• Support implementation, configuration, testing and UAT.
• Troubleshoot issues by checking data, configuration, and transaction flow.
• Coordinate with Development and QA with clear issue details.
• Assist in functional, integration, E2E, regression testing and reporting.
• Document test cases and implementation steps.

Role Summary

We are looking for an Associate ERP Implementation & Integration Consultant to support TYSuite ERP implementation, testing, client issue troubleshooting and integration activities. Suitable for freshers and candidates with 12 years of ERP/support experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and basic business processes and map them to TYSuite ERP.
• Support TYSuite implementation, configuration, master-data validation, testing and UAT.
• Understand Finance & Accounting basics: GL, AP, AR, P2P, O2C, invoices, payments, GST and debit/credit notes.
• Validate Vendor, Customer, Product and other ERP master data.
• Troubleshoot client issues by checking data, configuration, transaction flow and system behavior.
• Understand basic REST APIs, JSON, request/response and HTTP status codes.
• Use Postman and basic SQL for API/data validation where required.
• Understand field mapping, data synchronization and basic integration dependencies.
• Identify whether an issue relates to data, configuration, business process or technical integration.
• Coordinate with Development and QA teams with clear issue details and observations.
• Support functional, integration, E2E, regression and UAT testing.
• Communicate issue status and required client actions clearly.
• Maintain test cases, issue reports, process documents and implementation documentation.

Required Skills

Functional: ERP business-process understanding; Finance & Accounting basics; Vendor/Customer/Product master data; P2P and O2C; purchasing, sales, inventory and invoice flows.

Technical: API concepts, REST, JSON, HTTP status codes, SQL, Postman, data mapping, integration troubleshooting and log/error interpretation.

Client: Clear communication, analytical thinking, problem solving, structured issue investigation, documentation and ability to explain technical issues simply.
