Job summary

PKF Consulting Services LLP in Mumbai seeks a Senior ERP Consultant to lead end-to-end transformation workstreams—from readiness assessment and solution design through configuration, testing, and go-live support—while mentoring junior team members and coordinating with client stakeholders.

You will drive BRD creation, process mapping, and to-be designs for multiple ERP modules (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, Sales/CRM) and ensure successful delivery across SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, or NetSuite.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of ERP consulting experience across at least one full implementation lifecycle.
• Deep functional expertise in ERP modules (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, Sales/CRM) on SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics/NetSuite.
• Strong track record of client-facing delivery, requirement gathering, and solution design.
• Experience leading or mentoring a small team of analysts/consultants.
• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel to client locations, including outstation/international as needed.

Responsibilities

Role Purpose
