Job summary

Vrb Consumer Products is seeking an experienced Officer Warehouse & Logistics at its Keshwana plant in Kotputli, Rajasthan. The role will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory control, and outward movement, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely dispatches and accurate records.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of dispatch/warehouse experience in FMCG or food sectors, hands-on dispatch and ERP/MS Excel skills, and a strong ability to coordinate and solve problems while

Qualifications

• Graduate in Mathematics/Science/Commerce or related disciplines; warehouse certification is an advantage.
• Additional qualification in Warehouse/Material/Inventory Management is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including material receipt, storage, movement, and dispatch.
• Coordinate and monitor outward movement of finished goods/materials as per dispatch plans.
• Ensure accurate dispatch of materials while maintaining proper documentation.
• Conduct regular stock verification and support cycle counts / physical inventory checks.
• Update warehouse and inventory transactions in the ERP system.
• Maintain proper storage, identification, and handling of materials within the warehouse.
• Prepare and maintain dispatch, inventory, warehouse, and logistics-related records.
• Ensure compliance with company processes related to warehouse management, inventory control, safety, and documentation.

The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth material handling, accurate inventory, timely dispatches, and efficient coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including material receipt, storage, movement, and dispatch.
• Coordinate and monitor outward movement of finished goods/materials as per dispatch plans.
• Ensure accurate dispatch of materials while maintaining proper documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in FMCG/Food industry is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in outward movement and dispatch operations.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in Mathematics/Science/Commerce or related disciplines preferred.
• Additional qualification/certification in Warehouse Management, Material Management, or Inventory Management will be an advantage.
